Slam Internet Radio –  is a community forum for free form talk radio and to highlight local and undiscovered talent in and around the Chicagoland area. Slam Internet Radio is located on the northwest side of Chicago in an internet cafe called PC Here.

We like to say that “We are a free form talk station that plays music.” We are basically a podcasting internet radio station that also runs our shows live while recording.

Our show lineup is ever changing and evolving. We have many different kinds of shows that appeal to all ages and demographics. We look for the best talent available for shows. Our door is always open for new and up and coming talent to put on-air. If you have show idea, drop us an email today.

Slam Internet Radio alumni have gone on to land full time jobs as on-air talent, production, sales, and promotions positions.  We have also had on-air talent come from major Chicago radio stations to do shows and guest host.

Slam Internet Radio was founded in September of 2009. We created our first recordings in October and broadcast our first live show on Groundhog Day 2010.
